I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with all new modern furnishings, had amazing views, and access to a balcony, making my stay very enjoyable. The service was top-notch with very polite and patient staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs, including a late checkout request. The location was perfect, right in the center of Auckland CBD and walking distance to everything we needed. The only downside was the limited dining options, but the fresh sandwiches were a nice touch. Overall, great value for money with excellent facilities.
